data format:
- put in some further information: like linguistic family, etc. (see e-mail)
- define if the data are like in Arlequin (diploid/haploid, aligned) or if there are several sequences of the same loci (not aligned)
- display the data with XSLT. Is it possible to align it there?
- A program for translation from or into this special format from a existing format (e.g.: Arlequin). Write this program in Java or R?
